Graham's Take
The building has some nice amenities but Mystic Pointe has always felt a little detached from the rest of the area. That being said it is closer to Mimico GO Station than Humber Bay Shores. The biggest issue with this building is the maintenance fees are very high, so unless you plan to use the amenities look for a building with better fees. The positive side though is prices are cheaper than most buildings in the area.
