This is one of those love it or hate it buildings I find when I go to see units here with clients. I think the units generally have a nice aesthetic and love that the building has some history as a former warehouse of the L.J. McGuinness Distillery. There really aren't any other loft style buildings in South Etobicoke unless you head up near Bloor and Islington, so if that is the look you are going for, this might be the building for you.
The negatives are north facing units stare right at the highway and I still find Mystic Pointe to be a bit isolated, but you can walk to the grocery store, lake front trails, San Remo Bakery, Mimico GO Station and so much more with under a 15 minute walk which is nice.
