The townhomes themselves from my experiences viewing them are more of an entry-level product. Finishes are rather basic, but some owners have done updates over time. Also, because you have access to the amenities you pay a large maintenance fee for a townhome.

Location wise, Mystic Pointe is a bit detached but you can easily get to the Mimico GO, have the wonderful Grand Avenue Park across the road, and easy access to the Gardiner to get in and out of the city.

San Remo Bakery is just down the street though, along with Mama Martino's, Tom's Dairy Freeze and a few other Mimico favourites.
