Graham's Take
One of the few condo buildings in Alderwood. Not one of my favourite options as units facing Brown's Line can be noisy. No sales in the building since 2024 which is concerning. Each unit also has it's own HVAC which I don't love. I think this is a building you consider if you have to be in Alderwood and the price is right.
